How to Make a Pinwheel Cuff
Today I will teach you how to make your very own Pinwheel Cuff. The base of this tutorial is a large ladder cuff that is folded in half and secured with a criss-crossing of string. This is a design I made myself. I was inspired by how ladder cuffs would bunch up when worn with other kandi bracelets. This is what I ended up with after some light tinkering.
